What happens if I run out of data?
It depends on the plan you are on. For most current plans, your data speed will simply be reduced. If you are on a legacy plan, you may be charged an overage rate, while on our prepaid plans, your data service will pause until you purchase an add-on or your next billing cycle begins.
How do I renew my prepaid plan?
After each 30 day period, the service fees will be collected in order to renew the plan.
